Contract administration
During the project contract administration phase, CBA, LTD monitors the progress and value of the work in place and makes appropriate recommendations for approval of requests for payment. We evaluate all change order requests and negotiate, when necessary. Additionally, we assist the architect with the contract close-out procedures.
