CBA, LTD is a professional construction consulting and construction project management firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are approaching three decades of experience in serving as an exclusive owner’s representative and advisor.
CBA, LTD serves as a watchdog for the owner’s interests during the construction project delivery process. We fully understand the construction related tasks faced by the owner. There are budgets to approve; drawings, samples and scale models to appraise; papers to sign; and contracts to execute, including those inevitable change order requests.
Quite often it is difficult to tell the good from the ordinary, the efficient from the inefficient. By acting as your advisor, we will help you through the owner’s responsibilities you face and participate in decisions you must make. While we do not do decision-making for you, we make sure you don’t have to do it alone.
